There were 13 of us and the place comfortably handled our group. Great hiking close by with Worlds End state part and Ricketts Glen close by.

Kitchen being above the sunken den overlooking the woods and pond is just exquisite. We deeply enjoyed our stay and George and team were super responsive as well as courteous and considerate, going above and beyond.

  We found Hoosick Falls Manor while we searched for a place that was big enough to fit all of our extended family. The right number of bedrooms was important,... read more as was a pool. Hottub was bonus. We found George's home and it was a perfect fit for us. The price was right when we divided it by the number of families! We had lots of day adventures, (Hoosick Falls is small and there's not much going on) but we found the history of the town, the people, and the natural surroundings amazing. Vermont (Bennington) was a great little day trip where we found Robert Frosts grave. We found Grandma Moses memorials in Hoosick Falls. We took a day trip to Saratoga where we spent the day at the horse races. Swimming in the falls in Peterborough and Antiquing was a plus around the neighborhood. There's a great coffee shop in town (Iron Coffee) and everyone there was so friendly. We spent our days fishing in George's pond, swimming in the pool, and cooking together. It was a great trip!

There were pool toys, card and board games, table games, etc. Host was great at responding to our inquiries in a timely manner. The location and proximity to the parks was great. This home was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub was awesome. We are planning on coming again and just staying there. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
